There’s nothing that screams summer more to me than a Voewood Wedding. And Leanne and Thomas’ day was no exception. Big blue Norfolk skies over the beautiful venue whilst guests started to arrive and the bride and groom began to get ready.
They chose to have the ceremony outdoors in the garden which was beautiful. Led by a friend of theirs and filled with music it was super personal and started the day perfectly. The all mingled on the lawn and caught up with family and friends they hadn’t seen in a while as they both live abroad. This also had a huge impact on their vision for the day and Leanne was keen to have alfresco dining and have everybody enjoy the gardens whilst enjoying their meal and speeches.
Penny form the little lending company worked really hard to bring this vision to lift and done an amazing job. The long tables decorated perfectly and then Natalie the florist filled them with beautiful blooms. After everyone enjoyed some food and speeches, Mike the videographer and I quickly took the couple away for some sunset photos. Voewood always gets the most amazing evening light. Then a quick outfit change for Leanne after cutting the cake and it was straight to the indoor dance floor. Where they partied the night away with all of their family and friends. It was an absolute please to photograph this day. And I’m so looking forward to returning to Holt in 2023 for some more Voewood Weddings.
